Founded in early 2022 at the initiative of our international industry experts, AlliedContech LLC offers a unique platform for specialised technology and industry expertise, providing a comprehensive range of services. These include strategic advisory, research and experimental development, as well as knowledge and technology transfer solutions. Our expertise spans across various areas (from AI, robotics to energy transition), allowing us to manage technology transfer projects and facilitate strategic alliances for our clients. We are an international company but primarily operate in Saudi Arabia and UAE.

Further to audit and analysis, the team addressed issues such as:

For a transferor or a transferee having to execute a transfer project, AlliedContech acts as project manager by offering a comprehensive, customer focused, project managed solution, in which all aspects of the project are delivered in the most cost effective and efficient manner.

From initial contact, through to work completion and after sales service, AlliedContech managed the technology transfer project of Company B from inception to completion, such as a complete turnkey transfer project. With specialty partners, such as industrial logistics transfer specialists, AlliedContech was active along the transfer chain from opportunity/ technology identification, through to technology search, marketing, negotiations/ contract and process (e.g., implementation).

AlliedContech provided post-transaction services, such as integration – therefore, real-life managerial experience of the field in which the technology pertains is an essential attribute of AlliedContech team.

Whether or not Company B wished to use a banker or an accountant for the execution was then entirely up to them. AlliedContech made available that technology know-how that banker or accountant can rarely provide.

Dr. Jerome P. Bilet has over 40 years of experience in technology, IT, security, cybersecurity, aerospace, and oil & gas. Before co-founding AlliedContech LLC, he spent 20 years managing London-based firms, focusing on business development, technology transfer, and joint ventures in sectors such as cybersecurity and aerospace. He previously founded several companies, including Chronicle Solutions Plc and ESIA SA, specialising in cybersecurity and security services. Dr. Bilet holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Paris-Dauphine and has published widely on topics ranging from neural networks to defence technologies.

With decades of experience, Ayman has led IT projects focused on security policy development, vulnerability assessments, and AI-driven solutions. He has a successful track record of improving operational efficiency for various sectors. In addition, Future Vision also operates in housing development and automotive spare parts trading. Through interviews with technical experts and policy leaders, she connects investment funds, family offices, and regulators to drive awareness and collaboration on global energy projects and regulatory advancements.

With a legal background from Oxford University (LLB/LLM in Commercial Law and International Energy Litigation) and accreditation for the California State Bar, Laetitia contributes to Nuclear Future magazine, focusing on state aid, innovative finance models, and regulatory frameworks for advanced energy systems like FOAK nuclear and AI/ML-integrated microgrids. She has produced films on conservation and the nuclear renaissance, chaired panels, supported start-ups and charities, and hosted exclusive energy sector events.

In 2025, she will lead the Make Nuclear Cool campaign with a Roundtable Series and Gala Dinner in Belem, Brazil, coinciding with COP30, furthering her commitment to sustainable energy transformation.

Dr. Sara Alzekri holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Princess Nourah University (PNU). She completed both her M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Cybersecurity at George Washington University, with her doctoral thesis focusing on Cryptography in Computer Science. Dr. Alzekri is currently a professor in Computer Science, contributing to several graduate programs across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. Her expertise spans a wide range of topics, including information security, cryptography, artificial intelligence, networking, and software engineering.
